Transcript Requests

Transcripts are available upon request.

Transcripts do not include:

• Physical education credits/grades
• Standardized test scores
• Mid-semester or "final exam" grades.

GPA

Transcripts feature a GPA for each school year and a cumulative GPA. Both GPAs are weighted, with honors and AP Courses receiving a 0.5 boost (i.e., an "A" in an honors course is valued at 4.5).

Cost & Processing

• There is no charge for transcripts.
• Once a transcript request has been made through Parchment, Harker will generally process its approval within two business days.

Ordering a Transcript

As of Jan. 7, 2020, we are no longer fulfilling transcript requests through registrar@harker.org. Instead, to request a transcript a free account through a service called Parchment must be created using the following link:

Once a Parchment account has been created, transcript requests will occur through their interface. This service allows for secure transmission of the transcript and also the requesting party to track whether the transcript has been received or not. If you have any problems using the service that cannot be resolved through Parchment, please email registrar@harker.org
