Football won their season opener in a big way last Friday defeating James Lick 77-6 in what could be the largest margin of victory for any Harker team in history. The offensive line led by Dominic Cea, Ayush Vyas, Sonny Jayam, James Pauli and Jadan McDermott allowed 0 sacks and allowed our offense to rush for 171 yards. Senior Anthony Contreras had a kickoff return TD, receiving TD and an interception return TD. That is an extremely rare occurrence. Quarterback Nate Kelly was 4 for 5 with 3 passing TD’s and 1 rushing TD. Also, Floyd Gordon had 2 receiving TDs

Football broke a Harker record for wins to start a season with their 38-0 victory over Tamalpais Friday night on Davis Field. The win improves their record to an amazing 7-0. Quarterback Nate Kelly threw touchdown passes to Floyd Gordon, Anthony Contreras, and Jared Anderson. Kicker Dominic Cea added a 34-yard field goal.

The offensive line consisting of Jadan McDermott, Ayush Vyas, Dominic Cea, Jalen Clark, Jack White and James Pauli were the stars offensively. They led the offense to 312 rushing yards and 0 sacks. Marcus Tymous and Aaron Smith each rushed for over 100 yards and 2 TDs. Nate Kelly threw one TD to Angel Cervantes and rushed for another. The defense was again dominant allowing just 32 total yards and 0 points. The points that were scored were on a punt return. Angel Cervantes had an interception. For the season, the Harker defense has scored more points than allowed (26 points scored, 25 points allowed). The team is off this weekend as they await their playoff draw which will be held the weekend of Nov. 10-11.
