We are currently looking for an individual to work in a team environment and provide administrative support to the Head of School. Duties may include, but are not limited to, general office support, faculty recruitment, event and corporate planning, and other special projects or duties, as assigned.
The preferred candidate must have:
- Relevant employment history in an administrative support position (minimum 5 consecutive years preferred) in addition to experience in Recruitment or HR (2 years preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is also preferred.
This is a full-time non-exempt position; competitive salary will be offered but is dependent upon experience. Hours of work are typically, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm; some overtime may be required. Benefits associated with this position will be discussed during the interview process.
Prior to beginning work for The Harker School, and as a condition of employment, all employees must go through Live Scan Fingerprinting as well as provide a copy of a negative TB test.
