Developed by Navy SEALs, suspension training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It is a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Users are in control of how much they want to challenge themselves on each exercise, because they can simply adjust their body positions or add or decrease resistance.

About The Coach
Coach Karriem Stinson
Karriem Stinson is the assistant athletic director for the middle school and a certified TRX Group Instructor. He also coaches middle and upper school wrestling (programs he started in 2004 and 1999) and middle school football and track. He’s proud to have coached three members of the California national wrestling team, one in 2001 and two in 2010.
Stinson has coached many wrestlers to placements in CCS. He was head coach of the upper school football team for seven years, and he was the head football coach of the 37th annual Charlie Wedemeyer All-Star Youth Classic.
