After-School Program & Activities

Included in Harker’s tuition is a comprehensive enrichment and supervision program in the lower and middle schools (called BEST), and a robust and exciting array of dozens of clubs and activities in the upper school, all guided by the same high standards as Harker’s academic programs.

Dedicated, enthusiastic and well-qualified staff transform the lower and middle school campuses each day for an afternoon of fun.

All of these programs provide students with the opportunity to explore their individual leisure interests, and to form new friendships through favorite pastimes.

Lower and Middle School

The Bucknall and Blackford Enrichment and Supervision Teams (BEST) kicks in when the school day ends at each campus, and our enthusiastic and qualified staff provide an exciting program of options for our students

Upper School Activities

In the upper school, clubs and activities – advised by the students’ favorite faculty and staff – provide an amazing array of opportunities for students to explore new interests and pursue their passions. Activities vary throughout the year, and include monthly spirit events, class competitions and dances, as well as annual events, such as Homecoming, Powder Puff Football, Winter Ball and the Prom.
